"TransPlan40"=Mountainland Assoc of Governments (MAG)

This message was directed to all Utah County Association of Realtors Board members.
I am a member of this board. As I read the message--it became clear to me that the more informed my family-friends and clients are about the growth plan for Utah County, the more prepared we will be to accommodate the next 25 years of change & growth happening in our valley.

This report shows past to present growth in Utah County. (1950-present)
Date: Utah County is approaching the 1 million mark in population. 
This is a HUGE information website that is a MUST READ for residence of Utah Valley, Utah.
Maps & other displays are available online. 

Taylor Oldroyd reminds us to learn the future MAG projects. There are currently 80 MAG highway projects across the valley that are in various phases and will run until 2040.
This plan includes about 20 Commuter rail, intermodal centers and bus routes, including the proposed Bus Rapid Transit. The plan includes bicycle & pedestrian projects that will link trails & routes to spur quality of  life & commuter options.
