Need some advice that is so easy to use? Here are three of my favorite apps in 2015~
None of these apps will directly sell your home, but they may bring organization, bonus information about your neighborhood that you can pass along to potential buyers and a little relaxation into your home selling process.
ChoiceMap
Deciding whether or not to sell your home, who to use as your realtor, what updates to make before the selling process and how to price your home can be daunting. Even if it’s not the first time you’ve made these kinds of choices, a little help keeping things straight may come in the form of an app by the name of ChoiceMap.
ChoiceMap breaks decisions into small, manageable steps, helping you make decisions by clarifying your priorities. It also comes with a number of templates for categories such as books, relationships and career paths. Of course, the final decisions are always yours, but ChoiceMapcan help you get there.
Yelp
If you’re a smartphone user, chances are you’ve probably heard of Yelp. But do you use it? Yelp is a great source for real customer reviews on local restaurants, offerings and locations in a free, mobile-friendly app. It divides businesses into a variety of categories, from Hot and New to Nightlife to Drugstores.
When you are selling your home, knowing special hole-in-the-wall restaurants, great places to shop or a reputable pharmacy to suggest when potential buyers ask, may be just the added personal touch that will help potential buyers see themselves in your neighborhood. As an added bonus, when you sell your home and move to a new location, you will be familiar with an app that can help you explore your new surroundings.
Calm
Is selling your home a stressful process for you? Could you use a little relaxation? The app Calm features guided meditations, immersive nature scenes and blissful music tracks. This can be a great app when you find you need a break from making big decisions and need a dose of relaxation before refocusing on your home selling goal.
Wishing you a successful plan for your life. Check out any or all of these apps today.
Cheers!
~Colleen
