North Ogden (SOLD) March 2022

Colleen represented the buyers on this New Construction build

in North Ogden. It closed early March 2022.

This is a lovely home with (3) car garage and a bonus room above the

two car garages. It was a builder selling this home that we really needed

to beg for the sellers to allow our VA buyers a chance to purchase it.

We closed in 20 days from contract to closing. It was a smooth transaction from contract to closing.

The VIEW from this home is BEAUTIFUL!!! South facing front orientation that gives the owners a fantastic view of the Ogden valley. They are above the ridge that opens to the BEST sunsets and enjoy 180 degree mountain view to the east and spanning the valley views of the night lights in Ogden City.
